For US industrial system integrators

Find Out Which Open Quotes Are Still Alive.

XOVIZO runs a focused 10-business-day email follow-up sprint, helping your team identify active opportunities, requested updates, delayed projects, and confirmed losses across up to 50 open quotes.

Built by an industrial automation engineer for industrial system integrators.

The operational gap

Quotes rarely disappear for one dramatic reason.

They go quiet while project work takes priority and the people responsible for selling are also estimating, engineering, managing, and delivering.

01

No clear owner

Follow-up sits between sales, estimating, engineering, and management.

02

Scattered records

Status lives across inboxes, spreadsheets, CRM fields, and individual memory.

03

Work takes priority

Urgent project delivery pushes non-urgent quote follow-up to another week.

04

Silence looks final

A quiet prospect is treated as lost without anyone confirming what changed.

The cost of silence

The work is already invested. The status is still unknown.

  • Estimating, scoping, and engineering time has already been spent.
  • Pipeline forecasts rely on assumptions instead of confirmed next steps.
  • New leads get attention while quoted opportunities remain untouched.
  • A customer may only need revised pricing, timing, or internal approval.
  • The team never learns why an opportunity was lost.

Approved email follow-up is launched and incoming responses are monitored.

04

Classify & hand off

Possible outcomes

Clarity is useful—even when the answer is no.

Pipeline cleanup is not the same as recovered revenue. The sprint confirms what can be confirmed and hands active opportunities back to your team.

Lars Köhler, founder of XOVIZO

Why XOVIZO

Industrial context, not a generic sales playbook.

XOVIZO was built by Lars Köhler, an industrial automation engineer with more than 20 years of experience in electrical engineering, control systems, electrical design, and technical project environments.

He understands estimating pressure, technical sales, project work, long sales cycles, and the reality of small integration firms—because he has worked inside that reality.

Fit check

Designed for a specific kind of firm.

Likely a good fit

  • US industrial system or control system integrator
  • Industrial automation engineering firm
  • Approximately 10–75 employees
  • At least 20 usable open or older quotes
  • Willing to provide data, access, and written approvals

Not the right service

  • You need new lead generation
  • You have no usable quote data
  • You expect guaranteed sales
  • You want phone or SMS outreach
  • You need a CRM replacement or general AI consulting

Validation pilot

$900 for the complete sprint.

Up to 50 quotes. Ten business days. Close founder involvement.

The pilot is limited to the first two suitable clients because Lars will be closely involved while validating and refining delivery. Detailed feedback and permission to develop a written case study will be requested—not assumed.

Delivery commitment

“If we cannot launch the approved follow-up campaign within 10 business days after receiving the required data, access, and written approvals, you do not pay the service fee.”

The 10-business-day period begins only after the required data, access, and approvals have been received.

FAQ

Practical questions, direct answers.

Do we need to change our CRM?

No. This is a focused service, not a CRM replacement.

How do you handle confidential quote data?

Do not send quote records or customer data through the public inquiry form. Before any records are shared, we agree how data will be transferred, who may access it, and which email account or sending method is approved. Client data is used only to deliver the agreed service and remains subject to the confidentiality terms in the written agreement.

What data do you need?

Ideally: company or customer name, contact name and email, quote date and value if available, a short scope description, and current status if known. We also need an approved sending method and written message approval.

What if our quote records are incomplete?

We assess what is usable during the fit and data check. If the records cannot support a sensible sprint, we will tell you.

Who approves the emails?

Your designated contact. XOVIZO will not send customer-facing messages without your written approval.

Do you guarantee recovered revenue?

No. We do not guarantee replies, meetings, contracts, conversion rates, or revenue. The sprint is designed to establish status and hand active opportunities back to your team.

What happens when someone responds?

We classify the response. Active opportunities and requests needing commercial or technical judgment are handed to your team with context.

Can you work through our current email account?

Yes, if you can provide access to an approved account or sending method that is suitable for the sprint.

Is this lead generation?

No. The sprint follows up on quotes your company has already issued.

What happens after the sprint?

You receive the classified results, active-opportunity handoffs, and a final report. Any further work requires a separate agreement.

Can this later become an ongoing follow-up system?

Potentially, after the pilot has shown that your data and process support it. The pilot itself does not include an ongoing system.

Next step

Stop Letting Open Quotes Die Silently.

We will review your quote volume, data quality, and current follow-up process. If the sprint is not a sensible fit, we will tell you.

Do not include customer names or confidential quote data in this form.
